Rebooked Co ("we," "us," "our") provides customer text-messaging services on behalf of local home service businesses — such as pest control, pool service, HVAC, and lawn care companies (each a "Business"). This policy describes what information we handle, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers or contact lists from third parties.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only: (a) with the Business you are a customer of, whose records the information came from; (b) with service providers strictly necessary to deliver messages (such as our telecommunications provider), who may use it only to provide that service; and (c) when required by law.

We retain message logs, consent records, and opt-out records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to information to what is needed to operate the service.

7. Children

Our service is directed at customers of home service businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
