The Rebooked Co Home Service Customer Messages program sends text messages on behalf of local home service businesses (such as pest control, pool service, HVAC, and lawn care companies) to their own current and past customers. Message types include: replies to calls you placed to the business that went unanswered, appointment confirmations and reminders, two-way scheduling conversations, reminders about lapsed or recommended service, and post-service check-ins.
You receive messages under this program because you provided your mobile phone number directly to a participating home service business when booking or receiving service and agreed to be contacted about your service, or because you placed a call to the business and receive a reply text to help schedule the service you called about. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and your interactions with the business. You will not receive recurring promotional messages on a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Rebooked Co does not charge you for messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to you from that business. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.
The program is intended for use in the United States by individuals who are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number used. You agree not to use the program for any unlawful purpose.
Information collected in connection with this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
